Popis: | 90 The study is aim to describe the way of action research by the researcher’s ongoing reflection, modification and feedback. In teaching, the table of team-work evaluation, table of practice check and teacher observation are all applied to proceed normal learning process assessment. And a passing evaluation is held with the school periodically assessment. In order to implement performance assessment to the mathematics teaching of elementary freshman by the assessment combination. By the implementation of performance assessment, students have obvious progress in skills, affections, and cognition display. Students diligent attitude can be recorded into the grades in the performance assessment, groups cooperation and the grades of practice can be shown in the semester grades. The plural assessment of whole grades can let them earn deserving grades. This shows that performance assessment can provide spaces and opportunities to those students who got worse grades in writing tests on papers. For the children with poor language ability, they are more suitable with game-like passing assessment. This assessment can not only stimulate the interest of students joining in, but also evaluate the degree of students achieving the studying goals in games and activities. It is very attractive to students to get involved in games and into the situations. Children accept the assessment when passing. This makes the assessment more active, vivid and interesting. When implementing new curriculum, teachers should take the opportunity to contact parents. Teachers should communicate with parents and clarify the intents and ideas of the new curriculum and determine their thoughts about assessment. This will gain their approval and relieve their doubts. In addition, teachers should communicate well with their studedts before they try the new teaching and assessment methods. Students may understand their teachers’ expectations and the direction of study if their teachers tell the definite learning goals ahead. Thus, teachers and students can achieve their commom goals during the process of teaching and learning. |
