| Popis: | 90 Zirconium tungstate is a material which is very suitable for thermal compensation and beacuse of its broad linear,higer and isotropic thermal expansion so that it has lots of applications on electronic package,FBG,filter,bio-ceramic and printed circuit board. Because we still dont know the sinterin conditions and heat treatment influence on this ceramic's properties,we not only make it ourselves but also change sintering conditions to investigate the influence on thermal expansion,mechanical properties,densification,content and microstructure.Finally,we use the master sintering curve model on our system to predict and analyze. |
