以終端使用者電腦化的觀點探討知識管理的過程與知識效能的關係~~以高科技產業為例

| Popis: | 90 The purpose of this study is twofold. First is to identify the relation of End-user computing、knowledge management process and knowledge effectiveness. Second is to investigate whether End-user computing activities have effect on knowledge effectiveness through the process of knowledge management. The subjects of this study mainly aim at employee of high technology corporations. By applying analysis of correlation and regression, 93 copy valid questionnaires of 400 were empirically analyzed. Through empirically examining, the results support the assumptions that the activities of End-user computing include information of absorbing、information of exchange have positive influence on knowledge management process and knowledge effectiveness. The knowledge management process positively influences knowledge effectiveness. In the effect of moderate, knowledge effectiveness can be implemented through knowledge management process by promoting information of absorbing and information of exchange. It is knowledge management process that has complete moderating effect on information of absorbing、information of exchange and knowledge effectiveness. Above all, the study makes conclusions for reference. |
