Popis: | 90 Nine compounds and one mixture- docosane (I)、methyl hexadecanoate (Ⅱ)、methyl oleate (III)、methyl linoleate (IV)、friedelin (V)、β-sitosterol及stigmasterol (VI)、methyl 132-hydroxy-(132-S)- pheophorbide b (VII)、methyl 132-hydroxy- (132-S)- pheophorbide a (VIII)、7,11,15 -trimethyl-3-methylene-1,2- hexadecanediol (IX)、1,2-dihydroxypropyl hexadecanoate (X), have been isolated from the chloroform fraction of the methanolic extract of Gynura divaricata (L.) DC. subsp. formosana (Kitam.) F. G. Davies. Beside compound V friedelin and the mixture of stigmasterol and β-sitosterol (VI), these compounds are isolated for the first time from this plant. The results of the biological activities show of methyl oleate (III)、methyl linoleate (IV)、7,11,15 -trimethyl-3-methylene-1,2-hexadecanediol (IX) exhibited antiproliferation activities of HL-60 cells. The of antiinflammatory and antiallergic activities of other compounds are still under test. |
