Analysis of lunch knowledge, satisfaction and eating behavior of elementary school student' s in Tainan County

The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between lunch knowledge, satisfactory and behavior. This study utilized a sample of 520 student randomly selected from 5 elementary schools in Tainan County. An instrument " The questionnaire of lunch knowledge, satisfactory and behavior of elementary school "was developed by the researcher. The important finding of this study were as follows: A. The scoring percentage of lunch knowledge, satisfactory and behavior of the elementary school student was 78%, 71%, and 78%, respectively. Student did not perform well in the aspect of preservation and handing of food in this study. B. Student from different school were significant different in lunch knowledge, satisfactory and behavior. C. Different involvement in school lunch preparatory work on sank effect student were significant different in lunch knowledge and satisfactory, but only partially in eating behavior.
