This paper mainly discussed the lightweight aggregate which is sintered by mixture of industrial sludge and sedimentary sludge. The DMDA (densified mixture design algorithm) was applied and mixed with the artificial lightweight aggregate to make Eugenic Concrete. Several specimens with artificial lightweight aggregates were made with different parameters including mixing water (140, 150, 160 kg/m3), water to binder ratio (0.28, 0.32, 0.4) and unit weights (1600, 1800, 2000 kg/m3). Properties of fresh and harden concrete were, then, measured to establish database for artificial lightweight aggregates. Test results show that artificial lightweight aggregates made by industrial and natural sludge will have better physical and chemical properties than natural aggregates, and can completely avoid the leak of toxic materials into the environment. On the other hand, concrete with artificial lightweight aggregates can, also, create a longer service life as a result of better engineering properties.
