Popis: | 89 Application of air-driver pressure difference bioreactor on growing Phalaenopsis seedlings culture was in research stage. Investigate the replace of the traditional tissue culture need to be further studied. In this study, the various microenvironment of bioreactor was monitored by sensing technology. The parameters of plant physiology and environment was conbined then to find its relationship. The optimum interval of immerse time was investigated by the parameters of relative humidity(RH)﹑CO2 concentration and the dissolve oxygen(DO). The required immerse time was considered by analysing the form of alcohol in plantlet. Results show that the RH in bioreactor always in the range of 97.2 to 100﹪. The DO values almost in saturation condition. The immerse interval was determined by the variation of CO2 concentration and the immerse time less than 5 mintues. The relationship among microenvironment, light intensity, temperature, and CO2 change rate in three different light intensity were analysed. Orchids species like C3 type are sensitive to light intensity. The growth of plantlet could be controlled by light intensity. Orchids with drought were not sensitive to light intensity. The relationship between culture room and the internal part of bioreactor was established. The regression equation is: Z=0.7*X+0.89176 +(0.01134*Y^2-0.9583Y+110.5422). The temperature in bioreactor (Z) could be predicted by culture room temperature (x) and light intensity (y). Key word: Bioreactor ﹑Phalaenopsis ﹑Dissolved oxygen |
