| Popis: | 88 Traditional researches for vehicle dispatching and routing problems of an automated distribution center was mainly focused on that the status of the vehicles working condition and drivers fatigue level were assumed to be unchanged. A mathematical model for minimizing total distribution cost while considering the aforementioned two dynamic constraints is developed in this paper. Also, a resource availability-oriented heuristics is investigated to generate dynamic vehicle dispatching and routing plans.
