| Popis: | 88 In this thesis, we brief discuss the simple ΔΣ modulator and the stability of the modulator. Based on the stability and zero replacement theory, we design a Cascade-of-Integrator Feedback form (CIFB) fourth-order ΔΣ modulators. The resolution of the ΔΣ modulator is improved by spreading the zero positions. Additionally, the integrator of the modulator is made of the switched-current differential integrator. The switched-current implementation of the entire CIFB ΔΣ modulator is also provided. The modulator has been simulated by MATLAB and HSPICE. The Layout area of the whole modulator is 121.1μm 886.6μm, and it will be fabricated in TSMC 0.35μm CMOS 1P4M process to verify the design. |
