Popis: | 88 Confronting the global competitive marketplace, the Internet provides e-services, marketing, sales and post-sales services. In the meanwhile, Electronic Commerce (EC) is dramatically being developed alone with the trend. However, the enterprises can not fulfill their real-time inventory control without the decent global logistic management. Under such circumstances, the EC will lose its enterprise competitive advantages. Furthermore, how to take advantages of customers’ data or transaction records in order to increase an organization’s competitive advantages is a critical factor under the above scenario. The objective of this research is to demonstrate the possibility of applying Intelligent Agent (IA) into the core competency within EC mechanism. In order to make the online Analytical Processing (OLAP) more efficient, we also integrate data mining technique into the backend reasoning mechanism within an IA. Consequently, the IA can be embedded marketing function to provide customers adaptive information actively in order to provide customized services. In addition, the proposed system, Integrated Agent-based Online Transaction System (IAOTS), not only accomplishes subsystems’ goals by using multiple agents, but also accomplishes their connections via agents’ communication and cooperation across distinguish expertise within each agent. Finally, we take Taiwan’s Mobile Telecommunication Industry as the research sample. In order to find out customers’ consumption pattern, this proposed system- IAOTS, uses association rules in data mining technique to analyze past transaction records, and then provides the information supports needed by IA to offer transaction records actively. This study not only offers a theoretical analysis in introducing EC for enterprises, but also provides a useful speculative structure for seeking bottleneck solutions and development guidelines. |
