Container freight station plays a very important role in containerlization transportation. Their layout planning are very important and worth to discuss. A container freight station must modify its location when various factors have changed. In this case, we want to choose a new suitable container terminal’s location for Taipei Port. Because generalized fuzzy number are applied on data analysis, artificial intelligence, decision making widely etc.. Now,we use Dr.Chen’s (1985) Second Function Principle to be as the operation of general fuzzy number in the expression generalized fuzzy number of the multiple criteria. Then we use Dr.Chen’s(1998) Graded Mean Integration Representation Method to defuzzify the total evaluation. To select a best container freight station for Taipei Port, we use Dr.Chens(1998) Graded Mean Integration Ranking Method to find a suitable location. Furthermore, we design an "Fuzzy Multicriteria Decision Support System for Container Freight Station''s Location " to solve problems of choosing container frieght station''s location on the ambiguous environment.
