High- and low-feeling of inferiority children were identified by the SUS scores. Results were as follows: 1. Children with low feeling of inferiority were found to have higher task orientation and self-enhancing orientation than children with high feeling of inferiority. There were no differences in self-defensive orientation and avoidance orientation between children with high- and low-feeling of inferiority. 2. On maintenance of motivation, there were differences in persistence time, persistence motive, the exertion of effort, the motive of effort, emotional reactions, and no differences in cognition between children with high- and low-feeling of inferiority.
