| Popis: | 88 Recently the government is lending an impetus to validation in pharmaceutical industries to settle a foundation of bioscience industry, and raise the quality of pharmaceutical to head on other well-known pharmaceutical industries .Due to the pharmaceutical market of Taiwan is smaller than other countries, the weakness of research ability, and without guidance and assistance, the pharmaceutical industries of Taiwan have characteristics of small scale and keen competition. That would be seriously affecting the existence of pharmaceutical industries. After health insurance of the whole people starting, the competition of hospitals is more and more violent. With the lower payment of prescription, they got to control cost and promote effects of hospital to obtain more profits. Establishing the partnership of pharmaceutical supply chain management (SCM) is a trend of medicare and pharmaceutical industry. This study discusses the role of hospitals on pharmaceutical supply chain in Taiwan. It contains three parts : first, describe the situation of pharmaceutical supply chain nowadays; second, a case study of a well-known pharmaceutical industry in Taiwan; third, the survey of hospitals to investigate the critical factors of establishing SCM. The result of this study can be used as a basis for further studies and references for hospitals and pharmaceutical industries to establish pharmaceutical SCM. |
