In order to accomplish this purpose, we collect 25 articles and split the studies into several groups by year of publication、type of organization and the number of people. We would like to find out the average effect sizes in each group. We also provide efficient methods to enhance the overall job satisfaction for different organization. Ten key findings can be identified from the meta-analysis results reported in this study. 1. Before 1982,the average effect sizes of identity、risk、reward and overall organization climate are positive. 2. Form 1983-1989, the average effect size of overall organization climate is positive. 3. Form 1983-1989, the average effect sizes of reward、responsibility、risk、support and overall organization climate in public organization are positive. 4. The average effect size of risk in public organization which the number of people is more than 400 is positive. 5. After 1990, the average effect sizes of conflict、risk、support、standard、structure、warmth in public organization which the number of people is more than 400 are positive. 6. After 1990, the average effect size of conflict in public organization which the number of people is less than 400 is positive. 7. Before 1982, the average effect sizes of identity、risk、reward and overall organization climate in private organization are positive. 8. Form 1983-1989, the average effect size of overall organization climate in private organization is positive. 9. After 1990, the average effect sizes of support、identity、warmth in private organization are positive. 10. After 1990, the number of people is moderator of conflict in public organization.
