Cocitation Analysis of Semiconductor Literature

| Popis: | 87 The topic of this research is semiconductor literature, mainly analyze cocitation between periodicals and writers. By the analytical period, follow the periodical, including what kinds of orientation and clustering of periodicals, and comprehend the theme direction was researched by writers and the cluster between writers. This research included 30 periodicals and 46 writers samples, to analyze the cocitation times, cocitation related factors and the cluster analytical. I have found the following results: 1. On the cocitation times: a. The numbers of physical periodical have an advantage. b. The quotation times of periodicals is commonly high. c. The science background of writers is quite different. 2. On the related factors: a. Related factors in periodical is commonly high. b. Writers related factors are both positive and negative numbers. 3. On Cluster Dimension map: a. The mainly field of periodicals are physics and engineering. b. We could not judge the nuclear topic. c. The periodical writers mostly are physicists and engineers. We have got two advises according to the research results: 1. To upgrade the database producer produced completion and standardization. 2. Corporation with the experts who research semiconductor and we can decide the subject topics together. Finally we raise some points for improving research according to the disadvantages of the reaearch: 1. Alter the research direction. 2. Researching among different subject field. 3. Research bibliometrics from citation literatures. 4. The semiconductor literature in Taiwan. 5. Alter the research way. |
