Popis: | 87 The purpose of this research is to realize how employee’s salaries and benefits affect business performance, and if labor relation interact with employees’ satisfaction at their salaries and benefits as well as with business performance. In studying how salary and employee benefits affect the business performance, we found, financial reward is the best tool to bring up company’s profitability, pension and lay-off compensation affect employee’s pro-ductivity most, the turnover rate of employment is varied by profit-sharing, employee stock option, and self-commitment. If we add “Labor Relation ” to the study, then we found that Taiwanese company values harmony of working environment most, the value of harmony is even greater than any material reward. American compa-nies are totally opposite from Taiwanese companies. Employees of Japanese companies don’t care much about labor relationship because of their dissatisfaction of profit-sharing system and self-commitment. Profit-sharing and employee stock option are the most known for Taiwan’s Hi-Tech electronic industry, with this view, our companies shall continue practicing the stock option system and put more effort on interac-tion between Capital and Labor relationship to make enterprise more and more competitive. |
