What is so-called interpretative effect, how to handle interpretative effect evaluation? This study tries to establish the effect structure of interpretative evaluation by concepts from theoretical sensitivity. In accordance with the function, interpretative activities implicate three intentions: service, education, and norm. The standard of effect evaluation should be transformed under different intention setting. This study concludes views of effect consealed and perceived in gathered cases to discuss variables of interpretative effect evaluation: 1. 1.The boundary of "effect" is indistinct, and so difficult to set that some interpretative effects were regarded. 2. The strictness of causality, especially excessive interpretation. 3. The purpose of interpretative evaluation.(passive and positive purpose) To sum up, This study deems that interpretative evaluation research should consider "interpretative effect" more comprehensively and systematically.
