Due to the complexity of the interfirms'' relationship, each firm has the competitive and/or cooperative relationship with others simultaneously. Therefore, the firm''s behavior will be constrained by the relationship with others. Thus, the other interfirm''s relationship will be considered for maintaining the buyer-supplier''s relationships. The purpose of the study is to discuss the factors that affect the buyer-supplier''s relationship. The results of empirical research show that the competitor''s behavior is the key issue to change the firm''s behavior regarding to maintain the buyer-supplier''s relationship. And the supplier took more interactive actions to maintain the relationship included that increasing the information sharing and communication, to satisfaction, and to decrease and customer''s complaint issue. Also, to improve the capabilities to enhance the speed to market and production process are the important issue to maintain the buyer-supplier''s relationship
