Popis: | 86 In Taiwan, a fast economic growth and highly standard of living is due to the development of commerce and industry, Henceforth environment is polluted. Among these pollution, water pollution is most related to our life.In the provision of water pollution, one of the most important and basic work is to audit the pollution sources, under the circumstance of shortage of resources and auditor. How to get the best efficiency under the resources currently available is the most important problem. This research proposes two methods to increase the audit efficiency.(1)target selection(2)vehicle routing decision. The methods are summarized below.(1)target selectionUsing the survey in this part. First, planning many standard and let the expert to so the survey. According to the important of standard, and give the score, finally, using the data to make a form which convenient for the auditor to file in, then the examiner according to the basic property and expression to analyses the factory how many score that can get, then going examine by the rate. In this method, the worse factory are examining frequently, in order to lock the highly pollution group and to get the (2)vehicle routing decisionAfter the selection of target, going to set the vehicle routing of audit to get the best route of audit. This project is using the theorem of linear programming, using the LINDO software to get the optimal route, it can save time for the auditor, and the auditor use the saving time to do more work of audit. Then it could use the resource and auditor efficiently to increase the efficiency of audit. |
