| Popis: | 86 The firms are striving to develop the information systems to create competitive advantage. Because having better information systems, the firms can be in the lead and gain competitive advantage. The large-sized firms hope to have great competitive power and good profit, so they using many resources to establish enterprise resource planning systems. In strategic point, the managers of information management department must define the scope of the information systems, and confirm the benefit and cost for having great information systems with limited resources. So the firms must have rules and follow it. Reviewing past papers, many studies pointed out that there are relationships between information systems, but there are no model used to develop business information systems for the managers. This study used questionnaire survey method and case study to gather data. And try to find the functional information system''s relationship with organizational characteristics, information department''s characteristics and the degree of using business information systems. The gap will appear in creation of the functional information systems, so this study tried to use case study to find the relationship between the tools developing information systems and gap. |
