| Popis: | 86 The relationship between local public management and people''s daily life is very closed. Local public management is also the base of the policy planning and implementation in a nation. But there are great dilemmas both in the law structure and the resource arrangement in our local public management nowdays. Today, it is impossible for our government to control all the resources of political, economical and social dimensions. Modernizing government should learn how to search supporting from private resource networks; government should learn how to form policy community with private organization and citizens in special issues. This thesis primarily discusses how we can take the integrative advantage from public-private partnership to resolve the dilemmas of local public management. |
