Popis: | 86 This study is designed to investigate study on the alternative framework of plane mirror-forming of junior high school students andthe strategy for teaching improvement. This study includes two stages and has four objectives:(1) Diagnose the alternative framework of plane mirror-forming of junior high school third- grade students. (2) Investigate the influence of the strategy for teaching improvement on the change of the incorrect concepts of plane mirror image-forming(3) locations o f the students. Investigate the influence of the strategy for teaching improvement on the change of the incorrect graphic method of plane mirror image-forming of the students. (4) Investigate how the strategy for teaching improvement has altered the types of the alternative frameworks of the student's plane mirror image- forming. During the first stage of the study, the pen-paper test and interview were adopted as the methods. The sample taking the pen-paper test included117 students drawn from the third- grade students of a junior high school in Kaohsiung(the 1996 academic year). The results of the test were analyzed and classified, and typical students that were representative of each, framework were selected to interview. During the second stage, teaching taking the pen-paper these included 34 students draw from the third-grade students of a junior high school in Kaohsiung(the 1997 academic year). The pre-test and post-test results were analyzed and classified respectively, object to manipulate and operate in order to induce them to generate and release ideas. After analyzing the results of the pen-paper test and interview and the teaching of natural sciences teachers, we came up with the following findings:1. The alternative frameworks of plane mirror-forming of junior high school third-grade students:(1) Extension of plane mirror image-forming at the time of catching sight of objects.(2) The reflexive point of the location of the plane mirror image- forming when the object emits light rays that reflects through the plane mirror surface. (3) Use connecting line between image and eyes to determine whether the image-forming from the plane mirror can be caught sight of. (4) Come into sight of the image-forming from plane mirror only as the image-forming falls within the line of vision.(5) Come into sight of the image- forming from plane mirror only as the image-forming falls within the line of vision.(6) The image-forming in the plane mirror is the shadow of the object on the mirror surface. (7) Image-forming of plane mirror is the projection of objects on mirror.(8) Students generally make diagram by a ray of light to determine theimage-forming position. 2. Discrepant events and POE programming teaching could be a reference to correct the image-forming location of the students.3. The teaching method that incorporates group discussions could be areference to alter the student's image-forming graphic in the plane mirror.4. The strategy for the teaching improvement used in this study could be a reference to alter the Type 1, Type 2 and Type 7 of the alternative frameworks of the student's plane mirror image- forming. |
