| Popis: | 86 The work is aimed at preparation of cephalosporin G from penicillin G.Oxidation of penicillin G to penicillin sulfoxide and ring opening reaction carried by penicillin G sulfoxide to become cephalosporin G were two majorsteps include. Suitable solvents were used to suspend penicillin G during oxidation reation. Then the oxidant H2O2 was added. Proper amount of penicillin G andH2O2 can make penicillin G sulfoxide crystallize from solution. The crystallineproduct was futher confirm by NMR and HPLC to be penicillin G sulfoxide and very heigh yield was achieved. The ring opening reaction was carried by penicillin G sulfoxide. Dimethyl-dichlorosilane as added to protect penicillin G sulfoxide and pyridine wasthen added as a catalyst. Under heating condiction, the product cephalosporin Gcan thus be obtained. |
