Popis: | 86 Since the random unit outage is the main factor of generation productioncost and environmental dispatch(change of fuels), therefore, this study attempts simulating the available state of electricity supply when dispatchingby the Monte Carlo chronoglogical production simulation method, and in theconsideration of different allowable emissions, seek solutions by the methodof linear programming in order to ensure that each solution is optimum. Also,there is a negative correlation existing betweengeneration production cost andemission, hence, we employed a technique of antithetic sampling to enhance the accuracy of estimation and efficiency of calculation. In this paper, the authorhas cited examples of the whole electric generation system of Taiwan and regional electric generation system to discuss the difference of two environmental dispatch options of rate limit and tonnage caps. On the other hand, there are some impacts on controlling emission. Atpresent, the simplest method to control emission with lowest cost is unit dispatch. Hence, this study presents a brief calculation method to estimate unit power under the condition of multiple pollution resistance by separatingpunitive function from punitive factor segmentation method, and minimize the operation cost of system. We will explain the procedure of calculation with arealistic system. |
