Popis: | 85 The reciprocal relationship between thin shell type piezoelectric sensors and actuators are examined by using the seven equivalent actuating and sensing elements. These seven equivalent actuating and sensing elements are found to locate on the surfaces, edges, and corners of a piezoelectric thin shells. Six out of these seven elements are identical to that of a thin plate. It was identified that effective shell pressure, the seventh reciprocal elements, are needed to remove some inconsistency that appeared on interpreting the physical effect of the distributed piezoelectric actuators and sensors on shell type of structures. In addition to derive all seven equivalent reciprocal elements by using the fundamental governing equations, results from finite element analysis and experiments were used to further reveal the importance of the transverse effective pressure. It was found that errors up to 37,500 may appear when the effect of the effective shell pressure are ignored. Otherwise, took some basic measurements of the ferroelectricity and piezoeletricity of the PZT thin film by silicon based micro-machining, electric- forming and sputtering technology. |
