| Popis: | 85 There specific RAPD products of amplified Mitochondiral DNA fregments of Phytophthora capsici were cloned by the vector pCR-Script TM Amp SK(+). We have developed 3 probes called pPCA90, pPCA85 and pPCA80 according to their insert size are 900bp, 850bp and 800bp. Labelled by non-radiation Fluorescein Gene Images TML abelling kit, There were Tested specifictivity by southern blot and dot blot with P. capsici and Perophythora litchii isolates from Taiwan. The primary sesult is pPCA90 more specific to P. capsici. It will be testing specifictivity more with more isolates. |
