Popis: | 84 Confidence buiding measures has been a newer actors in arms control. Thoughtit started long time ago, it was printed officialy in Hesinki Final Act in 1975. There are many confidence building measures since 1992 which concern is their intention not capability of the competitors, due to the capabilityeasy to predicable: but the intention isn''t. Under such confronting sitution,it is very important for a miner-- strengthed country to know the intention ofbig country. By doing this, a small country does not have to prepare for war at any time. Conventional amed forces in Europe treaty is the first time for human to reduce the armed forces in a large scale after World War II. This symbolizesthe end of Cold War and bring a turning point to world-wide safety. In this article we will not only express the cause and effect of conventional armed forces in Europe treaty and the contents, significance and evolution of confidence building measures, but also monitor the contribution of conventionalarmed forces in Europe treaty to world peace by three indicstors used in confidence building measures. The last and may be the most important is to provide a new way of thinking in this article to coreesponding when facing the threat from Mainland China. |
