Acording to theoretical fremework, demogrphy variables and personality characteristic might effect the degree of reward satisfaction, and the objectives of the investigation are the chief executive officer of private enterprise,including managers, deputies,vice-presidents, presidents. The samples of the research are 1000 high-ranking chief executive officer of manufacture in Taiwan.The initial information is collected by mail-investigation which is used to analyse individual attribute,work preasure and reward satisfaction. The following is the conclusion: 1.The relation between personality characteristic and reward satisfaction: There is an obvious difference between age to direct financial reward, education to direct financial reward.There is an obvious relation among achicvement motives, inter-outer control orientation, and power want to reward satisfaction. 2.The relation between work pressure and reward satisfaction: There is not an obvious difference between work pressure and reward satisfaction. It''s probably that work pressure does not effect reward satisfaction directly. 3.The relation between personality charcteristic and work pressure: There is an obvious difference among gender to tiredness, age to tiredness, education to anxiety, and position to low self-esteem. There is an obvious relation among AB-type personlity, interoruter controi orienation, achievement morives, and power want to work pressure.
