| Popis: | 82 Construction engineering of the domestic bridge building has gradually been inclined to trend of high rise and long span. Therefore construction engineering of bridge construction must therefore be proceeded toward work activities of high rise and also of higher danger in such building''s operational safety. In research and study of above mentioned together with possi- ble damages occurred from such bridge construction engineering philosophy via foundation of total safety management (TSM) as well as of " Prevention rather than recuperation " in order to develop research and study and to draft most perfect and systematic frame work of construction engineering''s safety management and to elevate independent management capability toward such safety in order to reach the target of ZERO hazard and damage during construction. Therefore, principle of this research and study is to establish management frame work toward bridge construction operational safety by using PDCA ( Plan-Do-Check-Action ) management flow chart and to clearly stating management matters with each individual construction stage as well as to study and to draft planning to the construction safety. In addition, it is to establish clearly of basis for the rules and regulation to job site safety management''s physical execution and to make out the management charts and forms for operation of construction safety as well as to serve as the instrument to job site safety management''s activities. Furthermore, it is to establish PDCA management''s ciculation activities for bridge construction job site operational safety as well as that all activities must comply to all types of management forms and rules in order to substantiate job sites safety execution with trend of exten- sion to cover content of all items about the construction ope- rational safety. |
