| Popis: | 82 A good conceptual model with a robust classification scheme for the nodes and links is a necessity to aid designers of hypermedia applications. This thesis describes HyperNode which uses both a hierarchical structure and a semantic network as the basis of a classification scheme. The node types of HyperNode include outline nodes and scene noedes, which are not found in other classification schemes like Hypertext Design Model (HDM). Its use of semantic link types overcomes the shortcomings of structured node classification. HyperNodes is useful for abstracting hierarchy in organizingapplications. An example of HyperNode application, LKTS, has been implemented successfully. |
