| Popis: | 82 Among magneto-optical recording media, DyFeCo is found to possess high perpendicular anisotropy, high coercivity, and requires only low bias field and writing power to be recorded. With these characteristics, DyFeCo is potentially to be a MO recording medium of high data transfer rate. The objective of this thesis work is to compare magnetic, MO, and recording characteristics of TbFeCo and DyFeCo as a MO recording medium. Their application as MO disk media were assessed. |
