Comparative Studies on Feedstuff Laws： With the Point of Views in Feed Additives

| Popis: | 82 Feedstuff laws are one part of administration laws. The quality of law not only depends on the rightness of establishing processes of the rules, but also is committed by the view point of principles of administration rules. This study is trying to analyze the different between the Taiwan feedstuff laws and process country feedstuff laws by public policy and laws. Also we are getting the purpose of positive study by the Quasi experimental method, as well as by the non-experimental method. The proper using of feed additives will improve the growth performance of animals. On the other hand, the wrong using also affect the public health of human beings. Therefore, in many contries around the world, they have established the laws to rule the correct using and safty of feed additives. Especilly, many countries of Europe Economic Community (EEC) are ruling that in order to prevent drug residue and resistance, the addition of drugs in feed will not be permitted without prescription by veterinarian. The severe problems of unproper using of drugs are usully concerned with the establishment of laws. Beside of the law establishment, another solving method is to use probiotics instead of sulfa drugs or antibiotics. Additionally, if the producers of feed dose not obey the rules, they have to take reponsibility of paying the loss. For solving previous regulation problems, we have taken the poll and analyzed them to confirm the legistration purpose, word definition, label regulation, organization of examination, package style and hearing procedures. The results of this study will provide a guidance for legislators to establish the laws. |
