Popis: | 82 Rhinoceros-horn had been described in Shen-Nung-Pentsa'o-Ching- Animal part, Intermediate Category, and been used pharmaceutically for long period until nowdays. Crude-horn is bestfollowed by other parts as degenerated horn, exuviated horn, and falled horn.Pieces and debries are not used pharmaceutically. According to the different parts used,various names are used such as: Rhinoceros horn, (Hsi-Chiao)-meat, -skin, -pieces, -powder, andjuice etc. In ancient time, the horn cut after hunting was called crude horn, Tu-Yi-Pentsao described the method to keep rhinocero groeung after cutting the horn This is the best way and must be encouraged. Dark black horn is best and used as pieces, powder, juice in crude form. The rhinoceros should not be cooked. Rhinoceros horn can' t be used with few herbs such as Kuan-Ch-un, Lei-Wan, Wu-Tou, Wu-hui, Salt, Sauce and boiling soup must be avoided. It is also contratindicated to pregnant women. |
