(1)Nitrosourea derivatives of sulfa drug have been synthesized for the purpose of obtaining drug with better tumor-inhibitory activity. In this paper, N-methy1-N-nitrosoureido-sulfamethoxazole (Ib), N-methy1-N-nitrosoureido-sulfame thoxypyridazine (IIb), and N-methy1-N-nitrosoureido-sulfamethazine (IIIb). have been prepared. In addition, synthesis of N-methylureido-sul1-fame thoxazole (Ia), N-methyIureido-sulfamethoxypyrida-zine (IIa), N-methylureido-sulfamethazine (IIIa), and N-methylureido-sulfathiazole (IVa) are also reported. The above seven compounds are new compounds. (2)The concentration dependence of the carbon-13 spin-lattice relaxation time (T1) of acetic acid, ethyl acetate and n-butanol are investigated. T1 of olifferent concentration of above sample solutions with and without the paramagtnetic relaxation reagent Cr(acac)3 are measured by inversion recovery method. The result is that T1 value of 50% v/v concentration times 7.5 is suitable to be set as the pulse repetition time for concentration range of 25-100% in quantitative analysis of Carbon-13 NMR.
