Assessments serve the purpose of collecting comprehensive information required to develop a treatment plan tailored to meet individual needs. The aim of this project included increasing realms of functioning, the number of meetings attended, and passing drug urine screening. The goal of this project was to integrate the Treatment Effectiveness Assessment (TEA) tool into the operations of the participating organization. For a considerable time, a search for the proper tool that is both efficient and all-encompassing, to evaluate patients' advancement during treatment and recovery has been sought out. In order to enhance the capacity to comprehend patients' progress in treatment from their own point of view, the use of the patient-centered tool that offers notable benefits was used.
