O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar in vitro a influência de diferentes proporções de cimentos resinosos e o uso de co-iniciadores químicos na resistência ao cisalhamento por extrusão, push - out, na interface de união dentina intra-radicular e pinos de fibra de vidro e ainda expressar o grau de infiltração do nitrato de prata na camada híbrida. Foram utilizadas 54 raízes bovinas, divididas em seis grupos experimentais. As técnicas de cimentação avaliadas foram: Grupo I - Clearfil SE Bond/ Panavia F na proporção base/ catalisador 1:1 (CP1), Grupo II - Clearfil SE Bond/ Panavia F 1:3 (CP3), Grupo III - Clearfil SE Bond/ ED primer/ Panavia F 1:1 (CPE), Grupo IV - Scotchbond Multi-Purpose/ RelyX ARC 1:1 (SR1), Grupo V - Scotchbond Multi-Purpose/ RelyX ARC 1:3 (SR3) e Grupo VI - Scotchbond Multi-Purpose/ Catalisador/ RelyX ARC 1:1 (SRC). The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the push-out shearing resistance in the union interface of root dentin and fiber posts bonded with resin-based luting cement in different ratios between base and catalyst paste, the use of chemical catalysts and also demonstrate through nanoleakage, observed with SEM, the degree of silver nitrate infiltration in the hybrid layer. Fifty four bovine roots were divided into six experimental groups. For the fiber posts cementation, the following resin-based luting cements were used: Group I - Clearfil SE Bond+ Panavia F with 1:1 base/catalyst ratio (CP1), Group II - Clearfil SE Bond+ Panavia F with 1:3 base/catalyst ratio (CP3), Group III - Clearfil SE Bond + EDprimer + Panavia F with 1:1 base/catalyst ratio (CPE), Group IV - Scotchbond Multi-Purpose + Rely X with 1:1 base/catalyst ratio (SR1), Group V - Scotchbond Multi-Purpose + Rely X with 1:3 base/catalyst ratio (SR3) and Group VI - Scotchbond Multi-Purpose + activator + Rely X with 1:1 base/catalyst ratio (SRC).
