Popis:	This study intends to a proposal for suitable theoretical and practical directions for more effective access to electronic information sources from the academic staff. The comparison of the results between United Kingdom and Greece will be very interesting because of the differences in the information access models in the academic environment, and the libraries' role into the diffusion of the information given that the difference into the development and progress of library science in these two countries.
