Social networks and virtual reality have acquired great notoriety at a global level, and no one is unaware of their existence or dispenses with them. Human beings have a direct link with social networks every day, since they not only allow interaction, but also offer a range of options, such as the possibility of creating and managing a network of identities that are part of the virtual realities originated in the same platform. Social networks have made possible the emergence of new sign fields that have modified, in one way or another, the relationships that were once kept in intimate or personal spaces. This has undoubtedly had drastic consequences, especially in the youth population. The interest of this study lies in reflecting on this social structure of the Internet, its scope, advantages and other relevant aspects. |
