The current debate about the Learning Objects’ rights management is broad and very interesting. We should view these peculiar legal aspects in the frame of the digital rights management, and, moreover, in the wide context of the e-learning business and cultural models. The Authors present the objectives and some operational solutions found by a Working Group at the University of Bologna. The Working Group on "Learning Objects rights management" within the University of Bologna, discussed a variety of situations and case studies and issued some suggestions and licenses; the report present the results in the context of the national and international evolving frame of the copyright legislation. |
