The communication process between institution and society has been essential for the development and improvement of products and information services. For such it is necessary to create and maintain a channel that will help guarantee conditions of use and information appropriation, as well as provide input for the realization of a continuous process of organizational learning. This publication considers these conditions, bringing concrete examples of uses of products and services of information from the Brazilian Institute for Information in Science and Technology (IBICT). With this study, professionals and information managers come in contact with useful tools for the improvement of inputs and services, taking as reference a methodology that prioritizes, through dialogue, contributions provided by demanding and knowledgeable information users. |
