Libraries have evolved at a rate commensurate with the implementation of technologies d ela information and communication, as well as user demands and thus the fundamental principles have evolved from the known principles of Shiyali Ramamrita Ranganathan to new premises that presented at this conference. As a model example Icesi University Library is used, introducing changes and adjustments to the demands of today's world and with it the modernicación and implementation of new principles. |
