It is presented the process of realization of the services offered by a Center of Business Intelligence (in our case, the Biomundi Consultancy), from the initial request of the costumer up to the delivery of the final product (including the postsale), with stores of data generated by these services. Also is presented a platform automated based on CMS Joomla!, with an integrated system that provides support to the commercialization, promotion and marketing of the consulting services. |
