This present work treats about the complexity and the use of creative techniques in the knowledge management - KM. It shows some considerations about the complexity theory, knowledge management, world knowledge and the theory of the parts. It deals with the importance of complexity in knowledge management, it seeks to make a connection between the complexity and the knowledge management, showing the meanings of data and of information in this context. In the final considerations, it emphasizes the need for teaching the organization how to get the implicit knowledge of its collaborators. The interaction between these two knowledge environments is the basis for the creation of a new integrated organization. |
