According to the research carried out on personnel & personnel management of university libraries, the following was found to be true: The essential elements of libraries are not adequate in providing efficient, high quality, fast and economical information services. Also in this resarch it has been recommended that personnel management should be emphasized so as to reach the desired level of productivity. The personnel management issue in Turkish University Libraries has been examined through to support of the result of a survey directed to library directors and staff. |
