Since the Covid-19 pandemic, protection against infection has been an omnipresent topic. Employers can influence the occurrence of infection risks in their company when hiring or terminating an employment contract. Taking into account discrimination law, the author analyses the information tools such as the employer's right to ask questions, medical examinations and the applicant's duty of disclosure as well as termination and contesting the employment contract. The author does not deal with acute infections of the employee, but with chronic and latent courses as well as the possible risk of infection because of the absence of immunity. |
