This volume includes some of the scientific papers submitted at the 3rd International Conference on FinTech, Cyberspace and Artificial Intelligence Law that was held on March 31, 2023, Bucharest, online on Zoom. The conference is organized every year by the Society of Juridicial and Administrative Sciences.
