Saul Melman vive e lavora a Brooklyn, New York. Ha conseguito il Master in Fine Arts presso il Bard College nel 2009. Il lavoro di Melman è stato esposto in gallerie e spazi istituzionali tra cui, per citarne alcuni: MoMAPS1, Whitney Museum of American Art, The Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art, Socrates Sculpture Park, Dieu Donné Papermill, San Diego Art Institute, Thierry Goldberg Gallery e Cabinet Magazine Gallery. “Central Governor”, scultura/performance che Melman ha realizzato per la serie “Greater New York” del MoMAPS1 nel 2010, è una installazione semi-permanente del museo. Melman ha partecipato a residenze per artisti a Dieu Donné Papermill, Socrates Sculpture Park, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, Culture Push, BoxoHouse e Joshua Tree Highlands Artist Residency. Il suo lavoro è stato recensito e commentato su: The New York Times, The Believer Magazine, The Brooklyn Rail, Culture Hall, Kunstforum.as (Oslo), The Huffington Post, ArtSlant e Whitehot Magazine. Saul Melman lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. He received an MFA from Bard College in 2009.
