WORLD CLINICS are meant for practicing physicians, fellows, and postgraduate students, who plan to keep abreast with the current best-evidence clinical practices that are recommended and followed by experts globally. WORLD CLINICS are periodicals of evidence-based reviews proposed as a source of comprehensive, state-of-the art reviews written by experts representing the global academia under the mentorship of an Editor-in-Chief. The comments by the ‘Guest Editor'(or Editor-in-Chief) given at the end of each article/chapter would be representative of their clinical experience. Each issue of “WORLD CLINICS Anesthesia, Critical Care, and Pain” would focus on a single theme covering topics that are relevant to clinical understanding and decision-making. Each topic would be developed to reflect the current evidence, research, existing guidelines and recommendations as well the clinical experience of experts. Provide up-to-date reviews on disease management, technique, procedure, or technology. Help enhance knowledge and skill for application in clinical practice. To aid use of evidence in decision-making for improved patient care. To help select best treatment options and overcome treatment challenges. |
