Popis: Dandan Yao et al. demonstrated that accumulation of formaldehyde in the cerebellum and skeletal muscle contributed toward motor deficits in a mouse model of hindlimb unloading. Their results collectively suggest that scavenging formaldehyde may be a useful treatment to limit motor dysfunction following limb offloading conditions.
