This case series aims to present effectiveness of PRP on pain, range of motion and functionality in patients with frozen shoulder and chronic shoulder pain The study included 9 patients (aged 18-75 years) who had shoulder pain for at least 3 months with 50% limited range of motion in at least one direction and VAS score>5. Under sonography guidance, PRP injection was performed into glenohumeral joint at baseline and on the week 2. Concurrently, PNF stretching and Codman exercises were given to all patients.
